Do I need branding before I book?
Yep. To keep things moving, you’ll need a logo, brand colors and fonts ready before your design week. Don’t have those yet? Let’s chat.
How far out are you booking?
Design weeks are scheduled at least 2 weeks after booking. That gives you time to gather your content and gives us time for your kickoff call and our homework. Need it sooner? Reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
What are my payment options?
You can pay $4,500 in full or split it into 4 payments of $1,125. You’ll see both options in your proposal.
Do you write the copy?
You’ll get our DIY Website Content Writing Guide to walk you through it, so you’re not staring at a blank page. Rather hand it off? Copywriting is available as an add-on in your proposal.
Do I need to be available during my design week?
Not all day, every day. We’ll be on Voxer for quick questions, so just keep your phone handy. The big one is Thursday morning, when you’ll review your site and we’ll make revisions until noon est.
What if I already have a website?
Even better. Website in a Week works for brand new sites and total redesigns.
What platform do you build on?
WordPress. It’s flexible, it grows with you and you’ll get a training video so you can make updates yourself.
What about hosting and my domain?
Our Website Maintenance + Care Plan keeps your site secure, updated and running smoothly, so you never have to stress about the techy stuff. Here’s what’s included for $125 a month.
